The results of surveys allow the surveyor to assess the risk of damage to the cargo during keeping in a flat warehouse or a silo bin or in the process of handling.  The surveyor’s conclusion is based on the management level, personnel qualification, construction peculiarities / general condition of the warehouse and equipment, weather resistance level, access to warehouse and fire protection control;

• checking of the availability of the commodity at the warehouse, including coverage of loans;

periodical / casual inspection of the kept commodity, including checking of warehouse documents and the commodity actually available at the warehouse and its quantity.
